This class balances a strong physical practice with quiet reflection, exploring the five sheaths (Koshas) to uncover your true spiritual self and feel freer. You’ll move through different sequences to cover the five Koshas, focusing on a physical body flow (Annamaya Kosha), energy body flow (Pranamaya Kosha), mental body flow (Manomaya Kosha), wisdom body flow (Vijnanamaya Kosha), and then finish with a bliss body meditation (Anandamaya Kosha). Highlights include Side Plank, Cobra, Locust, Ujjayi Breath, Half Moon, Revolved Triangle, and Natarajasana (Dancer Pose).
