This strengthening and stretchy practice aims to quiet the mind, bring you inward, and open from within to consider the quality of your inner dialogue. With a focus on Jalandhara Bandha (throat lock), you’ll move briskly through Plank, Dog Split, Mountain Climbers, Side Plank, Warrior III, Revolved Half Moon, Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), baby backbends, and Child’s Pose. This is the second class of Module 4, “I Speak: The Source Of Stillness,” from Elena’s Practice You Program. Module 4, “I Speak,” aims to refine the quality of your inner (and outer) dialogue.
