This Hatha practice encourages you to see recovery time as an opportunity to come back stronger than ever. Enjoy messages of support as you move slowly through hip circles, Child’s Pose, Half Split variations, Low Lunge variations, Parighasana (Gate Pose) variations, Thread the Needle, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Figure Four, and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Big Toe Pose). As Haley says, “The process can’t be rushed, and we can find gratitude for the body and all that it does for us…just as it is right now.” Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
