This class is an invitation to begin again, with the intention that your practice is time for loving self-care — nothing more, nothing less. You’ll build toward Sun Salutation C as you flow through a meditative sequence of full-body postures, including Cat/Cow, Low Lunge, Cobra rolls, Down Dog with modifications, Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Reclined Twist, and Supported Cobbler Pose. Allow yourself to let go of comparisons about how things used to be, and embrace this satisfying time on the mat.
