A quick but powerful warm up builds heat to then melt into your neck and shoulders like butter. Work towards headstand as a peak pose with variations. You can expect fun plank variations, shoulder stretches and juicy neck releases throughout. Great as a balancing class if you practice other shoulder intensive sports. Learn about your neck and shoulder anatomy and how these muscles and joints work to support your head and entire body. Props Needed: A bolster and a block.
