Build coordination, power, and muscular endurance in this class that features focused “pods” of strengthening movement. Each pod follows a simple structure: strength work, accessory work, and an intense cardio push. You’ll create a stronger, more balanced foundation for your fitness and your practice. Exercises include Tricep Kickbacks, Skaters, Squat Jumps, Mountain Climbers, Push Ups, Curtsy Lunge, and Russian Twist.
