You’ll move through Upavistha Konasana (Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold), Anjaneyasana (Crescent) to Half Split, Salutations, standing pose sequences, Bridge or Wheel, and Pigeon, with quiet space and modifications throughout to focus inward.
