Clean out and get clear with a slow and deliberate class that combines fluid movements, longer holds, deep twists with pranayama and meditation. Begin with a brief meditation to focus on things that you want to clear out before warming up with vinyasas and sun salutations. Twist deeply in revolved triangle and revolved ardha chandrasana, working towards extended side plank.
