This meditative, spacious practice invites you to embrace your own unique experience. You’ll hone in on the inner landscape of the subtle body and three major Nadis (energy channels) using focused breath, visualization, and postures. Begin in meditation, then flow through three sequences focusing on the right side of the body (Pingala Nadi), the left side of the body (Ida Nadi), and the central column of the body (Sushumna Nadi). Highlights include Warrior II, Eagle, Side Plank, Sun Salutations, and Headstand.
