This Hatha practice supports strength, balance, and calm during the first trimester of your pregnancy. You’ll boost circulation and energy, ease tension, and release stress while gliding slowly through Sun Salutations, Goddess Pose, Tree Pose, Seated Wide-Legged Forward Fold, and Cobbler’s Pose, then finish in Savasana. Enjoy time on your mat to support a healthy, mindful journey through pregnancy. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those with a low-risk pregnancy who have received the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
