This Hatha practice supports strength, balance, and circulation during the first trimester of your pregnancy. The gentle sequence helps prepare your body and mind for this new chapter by stabilizing the lower body, improving posture, and calming thoughts. Enjoy moving slowly through familiar postures, including Half Split, Warrior I, Humble Warrior, Pyramid, and Tree Pose, then finish in Seated Forward Fold and Savasana. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those with a low-risk pregnancy who have received the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
