This Hatha practice supports strength, balance, and circulation during the first trimester of your pregnancy. The calm, gentle pace helps to reduce stress and increase mindfulness while caring for your body and improving your posture. Expect to keep things low-impact as you move slowly through familiar postures, like Gate Pose, Warrior II, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, and Tree Pose, then finish in Savasana. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those with a low-risk pregnancy who have received the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
