First Trimester Hatha: Strength & Ease - Preview

This Hatha practice supports strength, balance, and relaxation during the first trimester of your pregnancy. You’ll care for your overall well-being as you build stability, gently stretch, and calm the mind. The mild sequence moves slowly through familiar postures, including Low Lunge, Half Split, Child’s Pose, Warrior I, Pyramid, and Warrior III, before landing in Savasana. Please note: Prenatal yoga is for those with a low-risk pregnancy who have received the green light from a doctor or midwife to practice.
