Practice lighting the fire of positive action. Begin with a brief meditation before warming up your hips and low back. Use lunges as a base for a series of warrior III and twisted monkey flows. Once you have some heat circulating in your body, open your front body in camel pose (ustrasana) before winding down with deep hip openers and savasana. Do great things, change the world by appreciating the good within and all around.
