A good night flow to move away from doing and into being. A simple sequence to help you let go of the day, settle down and rest well. Move gently and with your breath as you flow through poses to open your spine, like child's pose and cat/cow, before heading into twisted monkey to open your hip flexors and inner groin. Savasana on your own helps you transition from your mat into your bed.
