This class features Haley’s ideal blend: mobility work, Vinyasa flow, and Restorative postures. It’s beneficial for active practitioners and those looking to expand into more mobility-style movement. You’ll start with shoulder flossing, spinal rotations, and hip flexor exercises, then flow through Lunge variations, Side Angle, and backbends before finishing with Supported Pigeon and Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle).
