This practice targets the spine, hips, knees, and shoulders to increase mobility in the body’s major joints and help counter stiffness. Expect class to be more exercise and drill-based, with options offered to tailor your intensity level. Begin with a Cat/Cow spinal flow, then enjoy Lunges, hip circles, Cobra, Malasana (Squat) with upper-body variations, twists, Thread the Needle, and Savasana to finish.
