The first half of this class uses pranayama (breath) to clear your mind and settle your nervous system. Continue with a simple meditation to enhance efficiency through the rest of your day. Do this class anytime you need clarity or have a big day ahead. Notice the immediate and longer term effects of sitting in stillness.
