Your eyes can express a wide range of emotion and what you are thinking from moment to moment. During the course of the day when you become stressed out, your vision can become hard and narrow. Focus on your "drishti" or "eye gaze" by looking inward for inspiration as you move through gentle poses like cat/cow, hamstring stretches, down dog and side bends done with eyes closed. Rest in savasana.
