This practice focuses on tending to foot issues, including plantar fasciitis and excessive pronation (collapsed arches/flat feet). You’ll explore techniques, variations, and postures to support the feet as you move through a sequence that uses a foam roller and a strap. Highlights include hamstring stretches, foam rolling the lower body, seated stretches, and targeted foot work. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
