You’ll activate and mobilize your hips, shoulders, and spine while gliding through Dolphin-style Push Ups, Chaturanga variations, Split Squats with a twist, and Warrior III. Please note: While this class is tagged as 30 minutes, it runs ~2 minutes longer for a total of just over 32 minutes.
