This slow, gentle Hatha practice moves through the full range of motion in your hips to create greater awareness and balance. You’ll explore flexion, soft twists, abduction, and adduction, feeling the movement throughout your body before gradually isolating. Plus, you’ll observe patterns that may be related to hip pain.
