The steady sequence features mobility principles, plus Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Malasana (Squat), Lizard with a quad stretch, 90/90, Pigeon, and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose). It’s especially beneficial after walking, hiking, biking, or lifting to nurture your body and joints.
