This class focuses on two virtues of yogic philosophy, Satya (truthfulness) and Santosha (contentment), in a long-form practice with seated meditation, a strong flow, a cool down, and time for Savasana. Feel inspired as these virtues ground in your awareness, and explore how they show up in practice. Highlights include a Crescent Flow, a Side Plank progression, standing balances, twists, backbends, and hip openers.
