When you love yin but aren't ready for longer holds or just don't feel like doing them, this is your practice. No matter your level, begin with opening your shoulders, upper back and chest, taking time to access various points in your body. Spend no more than approximately 70 seconds in each asana and enjoy intermittent yang poses for energy release. Find newfound space and vibrant circulation through your body. Props Suggested: A blanket and one or two blocks.
