This Hatha practice is full of strengthening and openings, and creates space for you to connect with yourself to soften inner dialogue, especially designed for yoga teachers. Expect a strong sequence — patiently paced yet demanding — that covers a lot of ground with standing postures, twists, hip-openers, and shoulder-openers. Postures include Plank, Side Plank, Uttanasana, Anjaneyasana, Parsvottanasana, Warrior I, and Parivrtta Trikonasana.
