A new twist on a classic Restorative practice, this class begins with some foam rolling before relaxing into restorative postures. You’ll begin rolling out the larger muscle groups of your body, preparing you for ultimate comfort, then find calm in Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Big Toe Pose), Supported Supine Twist, Supported Pigeon, and Supported Supta Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose).
