This long-form practice includes a full-body flow with time for meditation and Savasana. Physically, you’ll focus on opening the front body and strengthening the back body, while energetically, you’ll explore what it means to close and open your heart. Begin with a kneeling warm-up, then move through a strong sequence with Surya Namaskar C, Crescent, standing poses, and Dancer Pose, then cool down in Reclined Cobbler’s Pose.
