This class tends to those working through hip bursitis, a condition that can cause hip pain. It’s a safe, full-body practice that avoids common irritations while intentionally strengthening muscles that support the hips, including the glutes and abductors. Help your hips feel more supported, balanced, and resilient while moving slowly through Bridge, Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Warrior II, Warrior III, Tree Pose, Half Moon, Clam Shells, and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Big Toe Pose).
