A compact flow that is wonderful for warming up your shoulders, strengthening your arms, spinal and core abdominal muscles while energizing your whole body. Warm up with simple shoulder rolls. Play with a series of dancing cobras and crescent moon lunges, all to prepare you for your peak backbend of camel (ustrasana). End with a few balancing twists to wring out your spine. If you have time, take savasana on your own.
