This Hatha practice approaches postures that may typically bother the lower back, using alignment cues to help you find more comfort. You’ll counter the effects of sitting, gently strengthen, and focus on feeling better in your low back in a mild sequence with thigh stretches, calf stretches, Warrior II, Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), safe twists, Bridge, Cobra, and Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Big Toe Pose).
