You spend most of your day walking forwards, sideways and sometimes backwards. What if you were to mix it up and move in a new way? Spin your way through a short practice designed to give you new footing on the ground while rinsing out your internal organs and opening your hips and shoulders in the process. Expect a variety of twists, seated side bends and rotation. Props Needed: A block and a blanket.
