Unwind from your day with breath and movement. Flow through a sweet satisfying sequence. Leave the desk chair and driver's seat behind and return to your body and breath. Open your hips and shoulders with lunge variations, work in a few easy twists, moving mindfully through your practice. Learn basic vinyasa alignment as well. Prepare for a sweet evening and a deep restful sleep. Appropriate for all levels. Props Needed: A strap.
