Move slowly through a mild sequence of Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose), Warrior II, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Pigeon, Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Firelog Pose, and Legs Up The Wall.
