This energizing, sweat-inducing class utilizes strength training with yoga elements and mobility work blended in between sets. You’ll work your entire body — from your chest and shoulders to glutes and hamstrings — to build sustainable strength that supports healthy aging. Exercises include Straight-Leg Deadlifts, Suitcase Squats, Overhead Shoulder Press, Chest Press with Hip Raises, and Bent-Over Reverse Fly. You’re encouraged to work with the weights you have (dumbbells at home or at the gym) and gradually increase weight to level up over time.
