Many times you come to yoga to feel better physically. Over time, you realize the benefits of a regular practice encompass a broader range of change that extends off the mat. Focus on balancing both sides of your body equally through a combination of standing leg balances such as half moon and an arm balance. Finish on the floor with hip and hamstring openers, a big back bend and a twist.
