This long-form Vinyasa practice progresses through a higher-level sequence that peaks to Natarajasana (Dancer Pose). You’ll open your chest and hip flexors and work on shoulder mobility so that you’re ready for full expression in the standing balance. Postures include Standing Split, Ardha Chandra Chapasana, Crescent, Vasisthasana to Wild Thing, Pincha Mayurasana, Dhanurasana, and, of course, Natarajasana.
