This mild Hatha practice supports frozen shoulder — or inflexible shoulders — by increasing your range of motion. In a slow-paced sequence, you’ll move through a gradual warm-up, chest openers, and back strengtheners to tend to your shoulder joints. Highlights include Embryo or Child’s Pose, Cobra variations, prop-assisted stretches, and lifestyle recommendations to support healing. Tip: Repeat this class to make progress as you recover.
