Meditation, breathwork, flow, creative sequencing, and restorative postures. This practice includes all the elements you enjoy in a long-form yoga studio practice. Begin with an extended warm-up, featuring Cat/Cow, Down Dog, and Surya Namaskar B, then build heat in Warrior II, Triangle, Half Moon, Warrior III, and Eagle Pose. Round out in backbends, then cool down in Pigeon and Supported Bridge.
