If you’re on the mend and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll work on creating strength and length while activating the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors, all in an effort to support your lower back. The dynamic yet safe sequence includes Leg Lifts, Hamstring Curls, Half Split, Pigeon, One-Legged Plank, Low Lunge, and Seated Twist. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
