If you’re on the mend and ready to get back into your twisting practice, this class is for you. You’ll work on healthy rotation in the spine and activate your twists with an active range of motion. The twisty yet safe sequence includes Thread the Needle, Low Lunge with a twist, Wide-Legged Standing Forward Fold, modified Revolved Triangle, Spinal Twist, and Child’s Pose. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
