If you’re on the mend and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll work on strengthening and lengthening your side body, emphasizing your outer hips, waist, and lats to finish feeling spacious, calm, and comfortable. The slow, steady sequence includes outer hip strengtheners, Side Plank variations, Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) variations, Wide-Legged Side Stretch, and Down Dog variations. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
