Move & Mend: Back Body - Preview

If you’re on the mend from back-body pain and ready to move, this class is for you. You’ll strengthen and lengthen your posterior chain (back-body muscles) while learning to increase your mind-to-muscle connection for physical resilience. The slow, steady sequence includes variations in Locust, Bridge, lat strengthening, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), and Down Dog. Please note: This class is for those looking to return to practice and does not support injury management. We suggest consulting with your doctor or physical therapist before practicing if necessary.
