This Hatha practice helps you work with sciatica pain to feel relief. Expect lots of feel-good hip openers, glute stretches, and lower-back strengthening to help relieve discomfort along the sciatic nerve (lower back down to the lower body). The slow, relaxing sequence includes Eka Pada Dhanurasana (One-Legged Bow Pose), Salabhasana (Locust Pose), Pigeon, Figure Four, and Bridge.
