You’ll explore alignment, awareness, and breath-to-movement coordination principles in a relaxing, slow-paced sequence. Begin seated to establish presence, then move through Cat/Cow, Cobra, standing Arm Circles, Half Sun Salutations, a hip opener, and a twist.
