Designed for yoga teachers, this practice focuses on shoulder alignment, especially in the overhead position. Expect an embodied practice with a technical, educational focus — ideal as a mini-training for you to bring new ideas to your classes. The steady sequence includes Down Dog, Anjaneyasana variations, Locust with Swimmer’s Arms, Garudasana Arm variations, a Camel variation, and a Bridge variation.
