This Vinyasa class moves through an energizing flow that’s suitable for yoga newcomers who are used to being active. It’s excellent to return to it time and again to strengthen your practice. Expect some challenges in a beginner-friendly sequence with Half Splits, Low Lunge, Dolphin, Sphinx, Parivrtta Utkatasana (Revolved Chair Pose), Malasana (Squat), and Goddess Pose.
