Welcome to yoga! This Hatha class is designed for those just starting and is also excellent to return to time and again to boost your practice. You’ll move through a steady sequence of essential postures, including Side Bend, Hands and Knees, Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Splits), Low Lunge, Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Vrksasana (Tree Pose), and Supine Twist.
