This long-form Vinyasa practice includes a little bit of everything. You’ll build a satisfying movement pattern while exploring nuances and focusing on thoracic spine extension and rotation. Start with a warm-up, then flow through Revolved Crescent, Forearm Plank, Low Lunge, Sun Salutations, Locust, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Warriors, and Revolved Triangle. Enjoy an inversion and/or backbend of your choice, then finish with Seated Twist and Savasana.
