Expect to strengthen and open your body equally while moving through a brisk-paced sequence with several rounds of Hanumanasana (Splits) and a progression toward a strong arm balance, Eka Pada Koundinyasana. More postures include Parsvottanasana (Pyramid), Warrior I, Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Bird Dog, and Compass Pose.
